A viral video circulating on social media and WhatsApp instructed there was a kidnap try.

A press launch by UNILAG Communication Unit said that the narrative was a hearsay and falsehood.
The administration mentioned the incident was a case of social misconduct and bodily assault between college students.
“One social gathering tried to flee the scene and was apprehended by the safety in direction of the Onike gate axis of the College.
“The case is being dealt with by the Safety Unit and Division of College students Affairs,” the assertion learn.
The foremost establishment assured that the safety and security of all college students remained a precedence.
Police spokesman in Lagos, Adekunle Ajisebutu, additionally confirmed there was no kidnap or an try.
“It was a case of bewilderment between a feminine scholar and three others (considered one of whom is a UNILAG scholar).
