Peter Obi’s Legal Team Storms INEC Headquarters

The legal team for the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, have arrived at the headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja for a crucial meeting.

Naija News understands that the meeting with INEC officials was meant to come before the party began to inspect the 2023 election materials, as earlier requested.

Obi had argued the outcome of the February 25th presidential election, which declared Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the poll winner.

Leading the Labour Party legal team to the meeting with the electoral commission is, Dr Livy Uzoukwu.

Naija News understands that no fewer than 60 lawyers are part of the team. More details about the meeting would be discussed later as the meeting is still on as of reporting time.
