Weather affects air assault as terrorists kill children in Niger villages

Greater than 200 terrorists have attacked communities in Kontagora, Mariga and Rijau native authorities areas in Niger State.

They stormed the areas in a convoy of about 100 bikes and killed youngsters at Bangi, a village in Mariga LGA.

The assailants vandalized, burned, looted numerous homes and retailers, stealing no less than 250 cows alongside routes.

The well-armed criminals operated “freely” as they did throughout earlier invasions, PRNigeria quoted a supply.

“Apart sacking Argida, Babugadi, Warari, Birnin Boga, Mogola and others, in addition they killed little youngsters at Bangi.

“The bandits rustled no fewer than 250 cattle, which they moved to the dense Maonda forest”, he revealed.

A navy intelligence officer defined that unhealthy climate prevented the Nigerian Air Pressure (NAF) from aerial bombardments.

He mentioned pilots are aware of extreme climate situations because of hostile hazy climate together with intense storms, poor visibility, excessive turbulence.

“They adhere strictly to the metrological warnings on the deterioration of horizontal visibility occasioned by a noticeable advection of mud that comes with related dangers and risks”, the officer added. Supply: DailyPost
