A video showing the moment a man proposed to his lover at Peter Obi’s political rally held on Sunday, 28th August has surfaced on social media.
Naija News reports the supporters, mostly youths held a solidarity march for the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi in Onitsha
The march is part of the support for the Obi/Datti 2023 presidential ticket.
Similar marches are understood to have taken place in Auchi (Edo State), Makurdi (Benue State), Afikpo (Ebonyi State) and Port Harcourt.
Taking advantage of the march to express his undying love, the yet to be identified man asked for his lover’s hand in marriage at the cheers of other participants at the rally.
The lady who had everyone in tension, replied yes to the ‘popped’ question.
Sharing the clip, Twitter user, AfaDeluxo tweeted; ‘‘Them don engage one sweet Obidient babe for Peter Obi Onitsha rally o.”
