Victor Osimhen too Expensive for Manchester United — Ferdinand

Former Manchester United defender, Rio Ferdinand said Victor Osimhen is too expensive for the club and they should look at other options.

Osimhen is the leading scorer in Serie A this season with ten goals from thirteen appearances for the Partenopei.

The Nigerian is reportedly a summer target for Manchester United, following the exit of Cristiano Ronaldo from the club.

Italian media outlets Tuttosports, however, claimed the forward is valued at €120m by Napoli, but Ferdinand believes United should look at other options.

“I would have gone and got Taremi in from Porto,” the former England captain said on his YouTube show Vibe with Five.

“It’s massive money, 100 million, 120 million, [Victor] Osimhen, you’re getting charged. You’re paying big dough for these guys,” He concluded.
