Tinubu, Shettima, Others Inspect Campaign Council Office

Bola Tinubu Speaks On Dropping Shettima As Running Mate

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, has visited the party’s Campaign Council office in Abuja for inspection.

Naija News reports that Tinubu visited the campaign office alongside his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima; Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila; Kano State Governor, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje and the pioneer Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Nuhu Ribadu.

Earlier, Tinubu, who was dressed in immaculate white native dress and a red iconic cap, alongside the APC chieftains had converged at the Abuja central mosque for the Jumat service.

The development is coming barely 24 hours after Tinubu arrived the country from London, the United Kingdom, where he travelled for vacation.

2023: Atiku’s Whereabouts Have Never Been Hidden – Bwala Shades Tinubu

The spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Council, Daniel Bwala, has said foreign trips embarked on by his party’s flag bearer, Atiku Abubakar, have never been shrouded in secrecy.

Bwala stated that the former Vice President has always informed Nigerians of his whereabouts whenever he is out of the country.

He added that unlike the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu, the whereabouts of Atiku is not unknown.

Bwala, who stated this during an appearance on Arise TV on Friday, said he is not like the spokesperson for the APC campaign council, Festus Keyamo, who could not give details of Tinubu’s whereabouts during an interview on Wednesday.

Bwala said Keyamo not being able to answer his principal’s whereabouts meant that it’s either there is no confidence in himself as a spokesman or that the APC is keeping secrets.

Regarding his principal’s possible shuffle between Nigeria and Dubai, Bwala said Atiku has always been straightforward with the Nigerian people.
