Joe Igbokwe, the Special Adviser for Drainage and Water Resources to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, has said that he would have been a native doctor in Aba if not for Lagos State.
The staunch supporter of Bola Tinubu explained that Lagos is the place those from Southeast are transformed from poverty to wealth.
