‘This Is Embarrassing’ – Actor Emeka Amakeze Blasts Benedict Johnson For Endorsing Tinubu On Behalf Of Entire Nollywood

Nollywood actor, Emeka Amakeze has slammed his colleague, Benedict Johnson for declaring his support for the All Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, on behalf of the entire Nollywood.

Naija News reports that Benedict at a recent event opined that there is no defence that can stand the candidacy of Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima.

He further assured the former Governor of Lagos State that the entire Nollywood is a hundred per cent behind him.

In his words: “With your combination, I don’t think there is any defence that can stand them, sir, we the Nollywood, from Kannywood to Yorubahood and Igbohood are here today sir to tell you that they are hundred per cent behind you.”

However, Emeka, while reacting to the statement questioned the audacity of Benedict saying they represent the entire Nollywood.

He wrote: “The audacity of declaring that they represent the entire Nollywood. This is embarrassing”

DJ Jimmy Jatt Survives Kidney Disease

Meanwhile, veteran Nigerian disc jockey, Oluwaforijimi Adewale Amu better known as DJ Jimmy Jatt, has undergone a successful kidney transplant after battling the disease.

The Nigerian entertainer opened up via his Instagram on Friday, September, 16th that he had a kidney transplant.

According to DJ Jimmy Jatt, September 14th made it six months since he had the transplant, which was done in Lagos, Nigeria, after choosing to come down from the United States.

The renowned disc jockey extended his gratitude to God and the clinic “Zenith Medical and Kidney Centre”, where he had successful surgery for granting him a second chance at life.

He further thanked his friends and family for the amazing support shown towards him throughout the journey.
