Taking to the stage, Chinwo in her signature red beret, thrilled the audience to gospel songs and filled the atmosphere with her sonorous voice.

I Have Not Dumped Atiku

Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State has denied media reports that he is planning to resign as the Chairman of Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Council (PCC).

It was reported that Governor Emmanuel had threatened to withdraw from the PDP PCC if the presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, failed to release campaign funds.

Speaking on Tuesday during the flag-off of the governorship campaign in Uyo, Emmanuel described reports that he plans to dump Atiku and his running mate and Governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa, as false.

The governor asserted that he is a loyal party man and won’t cave in to pressure from certain quarters for him to quit the PDP PCC, expressing optimism that the PDP will win the governorship election in Akwa Ibom State and the presidential election.
