Success Charge Udinese to fight for European football

Isaac Success believes Udinese has enough potential to achieve more than a mid-table finish in the Serie A.

The forward provided two assists as the Friulian beat Champions AC Milan 3-1 over the weekend to stay in contention for Europe next season.

There are a few months left of the season and Udinese are just three points behind Juventus, who are occupying the last Europa league spot.

“We love beating teams from Milan, it’s something we should be proud of and have to keep doing,” He told the media.

“We have potentials in the squad that can take the team forward, we just have to keep our feet on the ground and continue working.”

“The celebration is done, we have to rest and go again, so we can finish the season on high.”

Meanwhile, Success has extended his contract with the Bianconeri until 2025, with an option for the following season.

The Friulian club on Monday announced : “Udinese Calcio is pleased to announce the extension of Isaac Success’s contract until 30 June 2025.

“The new agreement also includes an option for an extension of a further year until 30 June 2026.

“Thus, the Nigerian striker will continue to be a cornerstone of the team for at least another two seasons with 6 assists in the league.”
