Stefflon Don reveals she will never date a musician again

Stefflon Don, a British rapper and singer of Jamaican descent, made it known that she would never again have a romantic relationship with a musician.

Stefflon Don, whose real name is Steph Victoria Allen, dated Burna Boy, a Nigerian Grammy Award winner, for almost two years and more before splitting up due to irreconcilable reasons.

Stefflon was questioned if “she would want to date an industry guy or someone other” during an interview with media personality TT Torrez on a New York-based radio station, Hot 97.

Replying, Torrez, the “Hurtin’ Me” singer’s response was in the negative as she noted, “Certainly not musically. And that’s OK with me.”

Aside from music, she was open to hearing about “anything else”

During that same interview, the rapper finally spilt the beans about her relationship and her break up with Burna Boy.

After being directly questioned by Torrez, Don opened up about their broken relationship, saying, “So we all know, your last boyfriend Burna Boy, y’all no longer together, what happened?” Don responded by saying that while they were together for two and a half years but had to part ways.

Torrez then asked if she thinks his smash hit, Last Last was about her. Don in turn asked what she thought and then replied to the media personality who said she thought so by saying her guess was correct.

According to Stefflon, Burna said something on the record which was false but she’d for the most part felt indifferent about the song.

Stefflon Don had said in an earlier interview on New York City-based Hot 97 that her inbox has been flooded with a lot of messages from men of diverse fields making proposals to for a relationship.

She rolled her eyes and said, “I mean, DMs, huh.”

“athletes, basketball players, everybody,” as TT Torez put it.
