Traditionalists in Ogun State have distanced themselves from varied instances of formality killings taking place within the state, saying these behind the nefarious act are Muslims and Christians.
The idol worshippers stated these killing fellow human beings for cash rituals are Muslims and Christians, who they stated have infiltrated them.
That is coming barely one week after some teenage boys had been caught whereas burning the pinnacle of a woman in Oke Aregba, Abeokuta for a cash ritual.
The boys, who bear Muslim names like Soliudeen Majekodunmi, Mustakeem Balogun, Abdulgafar Lukman and Wariz Oladeinde, had slaughtered a Muslim lady, Sofiat Okeowo in an effort to turn out to be wealthy.
In an interview with NAIJATABLOID, the Oba Isese worldwide, Ifarotimi Adifagbola Balogun, said that these perpetrating the crimes are usually not a part of them.
In line with him, a real traditionalist is aware of what’s forbidden and abominable, including {that a} traditionalist neither goes to mosque nor church.
Balogun opined that the names of those that have been arrested for ritual killings to this point have proven that they’re both Muslims or Christians.

Balogun stated: “There’s a distinction between a Babalawo and an idol worshipper. Individuals from the borrowed religions are those doing all these ritual killings. They don’t belong right here. They don’t seem to be traditionalists.
“These folks from the opposite aspect have ‘sneaked’ into alternate drugs, inflicting crises right here and there. A Babalawo or an idol worshipper is aware of what’s abominable and forbidden. They know what they need to do and what they need to not do. However these hanky panky folks have infiltrated us. As we’re, we don’t go to the mosque, we aren’t Islamic clerics, we don’t go to church. We face our faith, which is idolatry.
“When these ritual killers are arrested, the names you hear are like Musliu, Yusuf, Daniel. You received’t hear the title of an idol worshipper. Nothing issues traditionalists with killing or chopping folks heads for ritual. We’re clear and pure. Might God expose the evildoers.” Supply: DailyPost
