Former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has arrived the MKO Abiola stadium, venue of the 2023 presidential primary of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Naija News reports that Fourteen aspirants will go head to head at the primary election in the race to emerge as the presidential candidate of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2023.
One of the aspirant, Atiku Abubakar was seen making an entrance into the venue of the party’s national convention amidst tight security.
Party loyalist were seen beating drums and singing various songs in support for the party.
Cars and buses mounted with big loudspeakers, played loud songs in support of candidates.\

The race is between, former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, former Senate President and ex-Governor of Kwara State, Bukola Saraki, former Senate President/SSG, Anyim Pius Anyim, Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, Sokoto State Governor and ex-Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal, Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, Akwa Ibom State Governor, Emmanuel Udom, former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, media Entrepreneur, Dele Momodu, pharmacist, Sam Ohabunwa, Olivia Mariela, Lawyer, Charles Okwudili, Chikwendu Kalu, Cosmos Ndukwe.
