Some leaders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) were present at the meeting between the party’s Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and the Ooni of Ife, HRH Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi.
Naija News reports that the former Vice President alongside his wife, Titi Abubakar, and some PDP leaders visited the First Class monarch at his palace in Ile-Ife, Osun State on Tuesday.
The PDP presidential flagbearer also visited the Owa Obokun Adimula of Ijesaland, HRH Oba Gabriel Aromolaran, and the Ataoja of Osogbo, HRM Oba Jimoh Oyetunji, at their palaces.
Present at the meeting includes the PDP Vice Presidential candidate, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta; Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun, PDP National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu; and former Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
Others are the wife of the PDP Presidential candidate, Titi Abubakar; former governor of Cross River, Liyel Imoke; and former governor of Osun state, Iyiola Omisore.
