Some unknown gunmen in navy uniform have killed a person recognized as Oso Femi at Ifo Native Authorities Space of Ogun State.
Femi was reportedly killed at his filling station, Osofem Oil and Fuel, positioned at Nitel bus cease at Ifo, Ogun State, round 10 pm on Sunday.
A nephew of the person, who recognized himself as Harbee, had defined that the lads, who had been all clad in navy camouflage, stormed the filling station, shot Femi within the head and left along with his automotive, marked EKY903GZ.
“They had been all in soldier uniform. It occurred at Osofem Oil and Fuel, Nitel Bus-stop at Ifo, Ogun State, round 10 pm on Sunday. He was about to go house after they got here to assault him. He tried to flee they usually shot him on the pinnacle, took his automotive and his cash and went away,” the nephew stated.
It was gathered that the deceased man’s Toyota Corolla was later discovered on the Obada Oko space of Abeokuta.
On Wednesday morning, Harbee up to date that, “we discovered the automotive at Obada Oko. The automotive was packed within the bush. It’s at the moment on the police station.”
The Ogun State Police Command has confirmed the incident, saying it’s being investigated.
When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, stated the incident was a case of armed theft.
In accordance with him, the robbers in navy uniform will need to have received a touch that the person was with a sure amount of cash, which he stated was pushed away in his automotive after killing him.
“It’s a case of armed theft and the command is investigating it. We learnt they got here in navy uniform they usually killed the person.
