After leaving Nike, Jack Grealish secured a record-breaking sponsorship agreement with PUMA.

The Manchester City striker has inked a contract with PUMA after parting relations with Nike, where he spent his whole career wearing Nike footwear.

The new agreement with the German manufacturer is a record-breaking boot deal for a UK athlete, according to The Telegraph. The winger is set to wear PUMA Future Ultimate football boots on the pitch.

Grealish has been sporting his new footwear since the Premier League encounter against Nottingham Forest on February 18 despite PUMA’s announcement on Monday.

The signing of the England international is a major victory for the business. Raheem Sterling earlier turned down the offer from PUMA to sign with New Balance.

When Pep Guardiola’s team next plays Crystal Palace in a Premier League match on March 11, Grealish’s new footwear will be on display.
