Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State, in his first appointment after reinauguration as governor, has announced reappointment of his Press Secretary, Mr Humwashi Wonosikou.
Wonosikou’s reappointment was announced during a gala night dinner organized at the Government House, Yola, Monday evening in celebration of Fintiri’s inauguration for his second term.
Fintiri had earlier on Monday morning announced the dissolution of his cabinet, asking all his commissioners and other political appointees to hand over government properties in their care.
Hours later, Fintiri was sworn-in along with his new deputy, Prof Kaletapwa, at the Ribadu Square in Yola as the only two officials of the new government.
More appointments into the cabinet are expected in the next few days.
