Ex-Rivers Gov, King Diete-Spiff sign Niger Delta charter on resource control, self-determination

Chairman, Bayelsa State Council of Conventional Rulers, HRM King Alfred Papapreye Diete-Spiff, has signed the Niger Delta Peoples Constitution.

The doc seeks useful resource management, political and financial autonomy, in addition to self willpower of the Niger Delta individuals.

The revered conventional chief endorsed the constitution as a consultant of Nembe/Brass ethnic nationalities in Bayelsa.

Diete-Spiff was Navy Governor of Rivers State after it was created from the previous Jap Area.
