BREAKING: NDLEA confirms arrest of Abba Kyari, four policemen for alleged cocaine deal

The Nationwide Drug Regulation Enforcement Company (NDLEA) has confirmed the arrest of suspended police officer, DCP Abba Kyari.

The company indicted him on Monday, for involvement in a 25 kilograms cocaine deal.

NDLEA spokesman, Femi Babafemi, in a press release confirmed that the police handed Kyari over.

Others are ACP Sunday J. Ubua; ASP Bawa James; Inspector Simon Agirgba and Inspector John Nuhu.

They have been pushed into the NDLEA headquarters in Abuja at about 5pm on Monday for interrogation and additional investigation.

The company vowed that no stone will probably be left unturned to make sure that suspects in custody and people who should still be title face the complete weight of the regulation.

Kyari was previously Commander, Intelligence Response Group (IRT), Power Intelligence Bureau. NAIJATABLOID
