An All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential aspirant, Rochas Okorocha has advised why members of the Indigenous Individuals of Biafra, IPOB, grew to become terrorists.
Okorocha defined that IPOB grew to become a terrorist group as a result of it was not correctly dealt with by the federal government.
The previous governor of Imo State spoke whereas addressing State Home Correspondents after his assembly with President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday.
Okorocha mentioned he, nonetheless, sees IPOB members as poorly educated kids and never terrorists.
