Buda’s defection is coming days after the Zamfara State chapter of PDP vowed that nothing will stop the party from taking over the state next year during the polls.

The Zamfara PDP said the APC in the state should stop rejoicing that the PDP won’t contest in the coming election.

Naija News revealed that a Federal High Court sitting in Gusau, Zamfara State barred the PDP from fielding a governorship candidate in Zamfara for the 2023 elections.

The court according to an order on Tuesday, November 8 by Justice Aminu Bappa ruled that the PDP does not have a valid candidate for the Zamfara governorship election.
