Renowned Senegalese-American artist Aliaune Damala Badara Akon Thiam, popularly known as Akon, discussed the qualities that set Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido apart from other Afrobeats poster boys.
The legendary Senegalese singer gave his thoughts on the three biggest Afrobeats stars during an interview.
The entrepreneur, who was at the forefront of bringing African talent to the global stage with his successful career in the United States, spoke candidly about how he sees the three biggest and most influential Afrobeat acts in an interview with well-known American media personality Sway Calloway.

The Konvict music icon referred to Burna Boy as a “BEAST” who is currently dominating the scene. He called Wizkid a “Natural Superstar” who could release just one song in an entire year and continue to have a significant impact on the industry.
Akon went on to describe Davido as the hardest working artiste because he is the “UNDERDOG”. The 49-year-old OG also spoke about Mr Eazi as intelligent and more of a businessman than an artiste.
